NNR International  Furniture provides free delivery  Contact us to inquire about a specific city. At the time of delivery customers will be responsible for the following:

  1. Take packages inside residence.
  2. Assemble the item(s).
  3. Discard the factory packaging.
  4. Wait outside of your house till you arrive.

If you require help carrying the furniture to your living room or garage you may ask the driver for assistance.
NNR. International  Furniture drivers will not under any circumstance:

  1. Take the item(s) up or down the stairs inside of the residence.
  2. Remove old furniture and trash them  .
  3. Move your existing furniture from one room to another .
  4. Deliver the Item(s) in another location . He will deliver it only to the address we provide.
  5. Open the boxes for you or wait for you to inspect the items.
  6. Negotiate the prices.
  7. Clean up .
  8. Bring back products’ packaging.

Should there be any problems with the order please contact our office as soon as possible.

NNR. International  Furniture usually delivers in a medium size box truck. Please notify us of delivery docks or alternate delivery locations for easy drop-off. ( Please Read the Warranty )




If any part of the order is found to be damaged or defective please notify NNR. International  Furniture as soon as possible and it will gladly be replaced. Do not discard the factory packaging and do not assemble the item(s) until you are sure the parts are in good condition. Once an item has been assembled we will not exchange damaged parts.
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers all items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from.


1)      Misuse like keeping them next to extreme temperature

2)      Negligence leaving them outside under rain or water.

3)      Wrong assembly

4)       Accidental wear and tear

5)      Unauthorized repair.

6)      Broken as a result of pressure of tools used for assembling.

7)       Carelessly carried.

8)      Falling while you move it from one place to another place.

9)      Kids playing and breaking the item(s).


We humbly request photographic images and a detailed description of the damage or defect to be send to                     nnr.internationalfurniture@gmail.com as based  on our manufacturer’s warranty we replace defective parts only.




If you wish to cancel an order or make a change to your order, please do so at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. You can cancel or change your order by phone.
If you wish to return an item for refund or an exchange after signing the receipt and submitting payment for the item(s) you can do so by notifying NNR. International  Furniture within 3 business days from the delivery date and we will schedule a date to pick up and  exchange the item(s).
Note:  All calls for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 business days from the delivery date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and may be subject to a $60 pick-up merchandise fee.
For any returned item(s),


1)      All products must be in their original manufacturing packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in.

2)      Factory packaging must be opened carefully and properly without ripping, tearing or trashing the boxes.

3)      Any item(s) already used and assembled or without factory packaging will Not qualify for refund or exchange.

The following items do not qualify for refund and exchange under no circumstances:

1)      Mattresses.

2)      Foundations.

3)      Sofa beds.

4)      Computer Desks.

5)      Futons.

6)      Sofa chairs.

7)      Rockers.

8)      Recliners.

9)      Sofas.

10)  Loveseats.

11)  Sectionals.

12)  Coffee Tables .
