POLICY OF CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
If you wish to cancel or make a change to your order, please do so at least 24 hours prior to submitting your order date. You can cancel or change your order by phone.
We offer 90 days manufacture defects return with original receipt and boxes. There will be a 25% Restocking Fee payable to NNR Furniture at the time of return.
If you wish to return an item for refund or an exchange after signing the receipt and submitting payment for the item(s) you can do so by notifying NNR. International Furniture within Three business days.
Note: All calls for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 business days
Items under the following circumstances will not be exchanged or returned.
- General soiling or accumulated stains that were never claimed or that cannot be attributed to a single occurrence.
- Stains or damage from mildew, mold, acid, bleach, rust, corrosion or odors Damage from teeth, beaks and claws from an animal or bird. “As is”, “pre-owned” rental or commercial use.
- Stains or damage caused by transit, delivery, assembly or movement between residences (customer moving between residences).
- Loss of foam resiliency, pilling or fraying of upholstery.
- Fading, color loss and/or discoloration of upholstered furniture.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods. Cracking or peeling of leather, vinyl, bonded or bi-cast.
- Damage due to acts of God, theft, negligence, riot or any other peril. Outdoor fire pits, heaters and umbrellas accessories or throw pillows sold with sofas and loveseats.
FOR ANY RETURNED ITEM(S)
- All products must be in their original manufacturing packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in.
- Factory packaging must be opened carefully and properly without ripping, tearing or trashing the boxes.
- Any item (s) already used and assembled or without factory packaging will not qualify for refund or exchange.
- All Sells are Final.
